At DAGNÝ.PK, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return, Refund & Exchange

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The product received is faulty
  • A wrong item was delivered
  • The product has major manufacturing defects

Faulty Product Conditions

Faulty products may include:

  • Torn fabric
  • Damaged stitching
  • Incorrect item received
  • Major visible defects

The following are NOT considered faults:

  • Slight color variations due to studio lighting or screen resolution
  • Minor measurement differences (1–2 inches)

Return/Exchange Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged after use

Size Exchange Policy

Customers are advised to carefully review size charts before placing orders. DAGNÝ.PK does not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection by the customer.

Return Shipping

If the issue is verified as a fault from our side, return shipping costs will be covered by DAGNÝ.PK.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through:

  • Bank Transfer / Online Bank Deposit

Refund processing may take up to 4 weeks depending on banking procedures.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

DAGNÝ.PK reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders without prior notice.
